Archive Bead — Ministry Access Protocol
WHAT IT IS
The Archive Bead is a lifetime-issued access artifact administered by Ministry-aligned institutions. It enables authorized individuals to enter Dragon Archive City during sleep under regulated conditions.
Each bead is uniquely bound to its holder. It cannot be lost, transferred, or duplicated.
Archive Bead provision is separate from tuition. It is not an academic fee.
WHAT IT IS FOR
The Archive Bead grants controlled access to Dragon Archive City.
Access occurs during sleep and is regulated under Ministry protocols. The bead does not provide advantage, protection, or elevated standing. It functions solely as an access mechanism.
The bead remains active for the full duration of the holder’s life.
ISSUANCE
The Archive Bead is assigned upon enrollment and does not require renewal.
Its validity corresponds to the lifespan of the holder. This duration is fixed and not disclosed.
For individuals whose families cannot support the cost, the Ministry provides full coverage. Access is not restricted by wealth.
PAYMENT STRUCTURE
Archive Bead issuance requires a one-time lifetime payment from families who are able to contribute.
The required amount is not standardized and is not disclosed.
Variation in required payment is observed across individuals. Lower required amounts consistently correspond with shorter lifespans. Exact duration is never revealed.
Additional contributions may be made voluntarily. These do not alter access, evaluation, or lifespan.
The payment does not determine lifespan. It reflects a condition that is already fixed.
SIDAPA — LIFESPAN ORIGIN
Sidapa is the origin of lifespan determination.
Lifespan is a fixed condition. It is not assigned, modified, or disclosed by the Ministry.
The Ministry does not receive instruction or data directly from Sidapa. It operates within conditions that are already established.
No individual or institution has access to exact lifespan measurement.
WHERE THE PROCEEDS GO
All revenue generated from Archive Bead issuance is allocated to the Ministry’s ritual system.
These funds are converted into ritual-grade materials, including paper offerings and gold-layered constructs, and are used exclusively in controlled burning rites.
OFFERING SYSTEM
All materials are prepared and burned within designated Ministry facilities under controlled conditions.
Burning transfers material resources directly to Gwicheon. The transfer is immediate, consistent, and measurable.
The process is functional. It is not symbolic.
GWICHEON DISTRIBUTION
All resulting resources are received in Gwicheon.
Distribution is not individualized. Resources enter a shared system and are allocated based on imbalance, not origin.
Priority is given to spirits without active family support.
The system sustains and stabilizes the condition of spirits across Gwicheon.
ZHOU GONG — ARCHIVE AUTHORITY
Dragon Archive City operates under the authority of Zhougong.
The Archive Bead functions as an access key within this domain. It does not grant authority within the Archive itself.

Entry is permitted through the bead. Structure, movement, and interpretation within Dragon Archive City are governed independently of Ministry administration.
FUNCTION
The Archive Bead provides access to Dragon Archive City only.
It does not grant advantage, immunity, or elevated standing.
All individuals are evaluated under the same standards, regardless of financial contribution.

POSITION
The Archive Bead is a lifetime access artifact operating within:
- a fixed condition of lifespan determination (Sidapa)
- a regulated system sustaining Gwicheon
- an independent Archive authority under Zhougong
Its fee sustains the dead.
Its function grants access.
