INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERSHIPS
PARTNER NGOS
Bella Impact is built through long-term partnerships with organizations capable of stewarding a cultural asset for the communities they serve.
Bella Impact works through long-term partnerships with nonprofit organizations that serve children and communities at the local level.
Rather than operating as a centralized foundation, the initiative designates one qualified NGO per country or territory to act as the local steward of Bella the Sunshine Girl. This allows each organization to lead programs that are culturally relevant, sustainable, and grounded in real community needs.
The model is supported by a structural framework called Permanent Licensing with Exclusive Territorial Stewardship (PLETS), which enables each partner to steward the work within its territory over time.
Partner NGOs are not contractors or short-term beneficiaries.
They are institutional stewards entrusted with a lasting cultural asset.
Who We Partner With
Bella Impact works with organizations that demonstrate:
- a clear mission centered on child welfare, education, or community care
- a proven record of ethical governance and accountability
- strong local roots and cultural understanding
- the capacity to steward long-term programs, not short-term campaigns
Partnership decisions prioritize alignment, integrity, and durability over scale or visibility.
Role of Partner NGOs
Each partner NGO is entrusted with:
- exclusive territorial stewardship of Bella the Sunshine Girl
- responsibility for local adaptation and program design
- ethical use of the character in alignment with child-focused values
- transparency in reporting outcomes and activities
Within these principles, partner NGOs retain full operational independence in how Bella is integrated into their work.

A Relationship Built for the Long Term
Bella Impact partnerships are designed to endure beyond funding cycles, leadership changes, or public attention.
By placing ownership, responsibility, and creative agency at the local level, the model supports organizations in building programs that last—without dependence on a central authority or ongoing intervention.
Partnerships are established deliberately and announced selectively, respecting the pace and readiness of each organization.
Looking Ahead
As Bella Impact grows, this page will reflect the network of partner NGOs stewarding Bella the Sunshine Girl across different regions.
Each partnership represents a shared commitment to care, continuity, and community-led impact.
