PLETS FRAMEWORK

PLETS—Permanent Licensing & Exclusive Territorial Stewardship—is the governance framework used by Bella Impact.

Bella Impact is a philanthropic initiative built around Bella the Sunshine Girl, designed to support long-term local implementation through qualified steward organizations.

Under PLETS, one steward organization may be assigned to each defined territory. The organization receives limited rights to carry out authorized physical distribution, community implementation, and select pre-approved local merchandise.

The steward organization does not own the intellectual property. Ownership of Bella the Sunshine Girl remains with the originating creator.

LONG-TERM TERRITORIAL STEWARDSHIP

Stewardship is intended to continue without a predetermined expiry, subject to active implementation, mission alignment, brand integrity, and the applicable stewardship agreement.

Each territory has one qualified steward organization, creating clear local responsibility and reducing overlapping implementation.

LOCAL SUSTAINABILITY

Steward organizations retain revenue generated through their authorized territorial activities, including physical book sales, program-related income, and approved local merchandise.

This economic layer is intended to support continued mission-aligned implementation within the territory.

CREATOR-RETAINED RIGHTS

All rights not expressly granted remain with the originating creator.

This includes digital distribution, global and cross-territorial rights, creator-controlled merchandise, creator-led commercial ventures, and adaptation and entertainment rights including television, animation, film, streaming, games, and stage productions.

PLETS is not the business model of Still Poetry House. It is a philanthropic intellectual property stewardship framework used for initiatives such as Bella Impact.
