At the same time, the system designed to support it has also been published.
The PLETS Framework v1.0—Permanent Licensing and Exclusive Territorial Stewardship—introduces the structure behind how Bella Impact is meant to operate over time. Instead of relying on short-term campaigns or centralized control, the framework outlines a model where creative work can be licensed permanently at the territorial level, allowing local organizations to steward it within their own communities.
This shifts Bella Impact from a single story into a working system.
The book provides the narrative.
The framework provides the structure.
Together, they are designed to move beyond one-time releases and into long-term use—across classrooms, reading programs, and community environments where the story can be read, shared, and revisited.
