The Founding Mandate — Student Context

Overview

The Founding Mandate is the origin of the system under which Mandalangan Peak Prep operates. It defines the purpose of the East Empire and the authority of the Ministry of the East.

Students are not required to study its full record, but they are expected to understand its effect.

Student Relevance

The Mandate establishes the condition under which all students are evaluated: alignment with a system designed to preserve balance.

Students are not assessed based on intention. They are assessed based on whether they can exist within that balance.

Institutional Context

Mandalangan Peak Prep operates as part of a network of institutions established to fulfill the Mandate through observation, correction, and development.

Students who remain aligned continue within the system.

Students who cannot are removed from it.

Understanding

The Founding Mandate is not presented as a rule. It is understood as the reason the system exists.
