The PLETS Framework v1.0 is now available on Amazon. It debuted as a #1 New Release under Philanthropy & Charity.

The book outlines a model for structuring philanthropy using intellectual property in a way that can continue over time.

Through Permanent Licensing and Exclusive Territorial Stewardship (PLETS), one NGO is assigned per country or territory. That organization becomes the local steward of the work, with the ability to use it, adapt it, and sustain programs within its own environment.

The framework is written for use. It is available to creators, institutions, and organizations for application within their own work.

This is the framework that will be used for Bella Impact.

Each territory will have one designated partner. Proceeds generated within that territory remain there.

The model is designed to function quietly, through institutions that are already in place.

It is meant to continue without needing to be carried.
