Sirena Bayang — Submerged District Record
Overview
Sirena Bayang is a submerged district within the East Empire, formed through a naturally occurring coral cavern that sustains a stable air pocket. It permits human presence without granting access to the surrounding depth domain. The district is entered through controlled transit and does not exist on surface maps.
Structural Composition
The district is divided into two conditions. The inner sector consists of a breathable cavern formed by coral, stone, and pressure-stabilized voids. Structures are integrated into existing formations rather than imposed upon them. Surfaces remain uneven, and boundaries are not fully defined.
The outer depth extends beyond visibility. It is not contained, not mapped, and not accessible through any constructed means.
Operational Function
Sirena Bayang functions as a financial and commercial district. Trade, exchange, and circulation of value occur within the inner sector without direct reference to surface economies.
The Central Bank operates within the district without formal designation. It stabilizes value across domains without announcing its presence.

Marketplace activity includes marine-origin goods and materials that do not circulate outside controlled systems.
Behavioral Conditions
Visitors remain active within the district but adjust behavior without instruction. Movement slows near areas of concentrated authority. Speech lowers without prompt. Time is not tracked in a consistent manner.Observation of the outer depth produces incomplete recognition. Forms are seen but not resolved. Patterns are noticed but not understood.
Access and Restrictions
Entry is permitted through the Baku Line following boundary passage. Access is regulated but not visibly enforced. No system allows entry into the outer depth. Environmental conditions remain unchanged and are not adapted for visitors.
Extended presence within the district does not increase familiarity with its outer conditions.
